Well its been a crazy few months. In December I wrapped up the first stage of production on an unannounced platformer title for console where I was Lead Sound Designer.
I also Just got back from a 3 month round the world trip where I collected hundreds of sounds from across the globe and an unhealthy amount of photos.
The big surprise however was 'A Day in Pompeii' won 'Best Audio - Other' category at the 8th annual G.A.N.G. awards at GDC 2010. Composer and Sound Lead for the project Mick Gordon was there to collect the award much to his surprise as neither of us knew it was even nominated.
'A Day in Pompeii' has now moved onto Wellington, New Zealand and has been visited by over 325,000 people since it started in June 2009 in Melbourne, Australia. It will continue on after here to Singapore and possibly to the U.S.

The new iPod Touch ad features Real Racing as one of its myriad of games. After checking out the Apple site I found that the clip they have of real Racing features my track 80's Breaks in the background! Check it here.
